Julian is a highly accomplished resourcing professional with nearly 30 years experience in delivering client centric Human Capital Management projects. He has a proven track record of success whether in large scale contingency based solutions delivery, managed services projects or high value Interim/Executive Search assignments, with experience in diverse settings across both private and public sector businesses. A key factor to Julian’s success is gaining a thorough understanding of client needs prior to formal engagement, in doing so helping to optimise strategic solutions delivery in conjunction with customer experience.

Andrew is passionate about working with leaders who are prepared to practice self-leadership to become the best possible version of themselves. He works with a broad range of leaders who make a positive impact on their businesses and enjoys seeing them fulfill their potential as human beings.

At his best when he uses a co-active coaching style that focuses on the whole person to achieve personal and career goals. Andrew has broad business experience that enables him to understand the stakeholder system that his clients work within. He believes that his challenging coaching approach enables executives to bring clarity to their thinking and opens up more possibilities in solving complex business and leadership issues. Andrew does not have a prescribed method of working and believes in following his clients and adapting his style to the unique situations that occur during coaching sessions

Andrew has experience of working in a wide variety of international companies across the world. He has worked on projects with start-ups and FTSE100 organisations and has significant experience of working in privately owned companies. His clients tend to be CEOs, Board Directors, functional leaders and high potential leaders in middle management.

Ex- Chief Inspector Rob Murray leads our experienced team of ex and serving police officers. All our team are experience at helping develop leaders at every level and help individuals gain rank. All have a long track record of supporting officers like you to realise their ambitions.

Rob, specifically, has led a variety of teams from investigation, problem solving, response and delivered some of the largest policing operations as a public order commander. Rob is passionate about seeing others flourish and revels in their successes.  He has mentored and coached large numbers of officers through formal promotion process from PC up to senior leadership level.

A programme specialist with extensive hands on delivery experience and a passion for execution developed over 30 years experience with a track record in running and operating complex and non complex programmes, transformation delivering change, mission critical, recovery and start up programmes nationally and internationally. business reorientation, change management and highly developed skills in business refocusing.

A Chartered Marketer with a 25-year career creating and driving value raising sales and marketing initiatives in FTSE100s, 250s, SME scale-ups and start-ups, including strategic marketing, branding and positioning projects for companies operating across ecommerce, government, insurance, digital technologies and business consultancy.
